Cinco de Mayo Fun

With everyone enjoying the day, why not celebrate with your lover tonight by having nachos at home tonight.

Let him be the bartender and have a blender full of mix drinks

Rum Colins



1 can of lemonade or limeade
1 can of water
1/2 sugar (more or less to taste)
1/2 can of rum (but again more or less to taste)

1 to 2 cups ice.

Blend together until smooth.

Nachos -

1 bag of corn chips

1 bag of shred festive cheese (8oz)

1 can of refried beans

1 pound of ground meat/turkey.

1/2 onion (optional)

Brown onion in about 1 Tbsp of oil and then add meat. Cook until done. Next I add the can of refried beans and stir it up.

Here's where you can be creative, lay out the corn chips on a platter and dollop the meat/bean mixture over the the chips. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook in the microwave until cheese is melted.

Top with sour cream and enjoy,
