My recipe for ARE

Smoking Hot Bourbon Beef

1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons brown Sugar
½ cup of your favorite steak sauce
¼ cup bourbon whiskey
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
4 (10 ounce) steaks

1. Combine first 5 ingredients together (everything except
the steak) in a baking dish or large plastic storage bag
and mix well.
2. Add steak and cover or seal. Allow to marinate for at
least two hours or overnight.
3. Preheat grill to medium or high heat. Can also cook
under your broiler in the oven.
4. Grill steaks. Allow 5-7 minutes on each side depending
on the doneness you prefer. Turn over halfway through
