The holidays have followed you into the spring and now threatened to ruin your summer.
Guess, it's time to get moving. I'm sure you've heard all the tips.
- Find a buddy to workout with (Right, so we can share the pain.)
- Pick an activity you enjoy. (Going out to eat sounds like fun.)
- Be consistent. (Workout while still asleep then maybe you won't remember how much you hate it.)
Okay, so I don't like exercising anymore than the rest of you. But I do it. Not for my lover, but for myself. Remember, you want this for you, and it might make getting out of bed to workout just a little easier.
