Go Without A Bra

While surfing the web today, I ran across several articles talking about how bras might cause cancer.

As anyone who has spent more than five minutes in one can attest to a bra can be very uncomfortable at time. It depends on a number of things like if they are too tight, have an underwire, the type of fabric, but most of us strap one on every morning.

So when I saw this about causing cancer, well I thought I'd been set free.

Whoa, hold the twins, not such an easy decision after all.

According to this article http://www.health2us.com/bra.htm
bras are causing women to have weak breasts and therefore causing a problem with the tissue of the breast.

After looking farther and looking for the true story, I found breast cancer has been around a lot longer than bras, sooooo as much as we would like to blame it on the devise. Experts disagree with the assumptions in Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer book in 1995 titled, "Dressed to Kill."

Here is one article which puts the no bra myth to bed. http://breastcancer.about.com/od/riskfactorsindetail/a/bras-breast-cancer.htm
But I personally feel a little free time from my bra is worth exploring so ladies can I say "Here's to a day without my bra."

And the add benefit is my husband doesn't mind at all.

- Sex tip of the day - free yourself of your bra and enjoy a little extra fun with your lover.

Have a great day,

  1. As a body worker I've come to learn that there are so many lymph nodes surrounding the breast tissue. Lymph needs to flow! I've told my clients for years to massage your breasts and go free for at least 2-3 hours in a day if you can to prevent too much blockage. Or better yet...have your lover massage and appreciate them. It's health we're talking about here! Give those breasts some love and have someone else love them too! :)
